Presentation
ØBLÍK is a performance that explores the balance between the poetic and the physical through an original and striking visual aesthetic.
Theresa transforms the flexible rope into a space for poetic and acrobatic exploration.
Combining balance, movement and metamorphosis, she moves within a living structure designed in collaboration with circus artist Maroussia Diaz Verbeke, composed of taut lines, shifts in position and a deliberate sense of instability.
What begins as a tightrope act gradually transforms into a visual and sensory experience in which space unfolds and reinvents itself.
Combining virtuosity, clownish presence and a subtle sense of dislocation, ØBLÍK plays with perceptions of the body, time and space.
A unique journey, driven by a rare combination of poetry, humour and emotion.
For 45 minutes, the show explores the art of living obliquely: a quest to stop looking askance at oneself.

Artist’s background – Theresa Kuhn
Originally from Germany, where she discovered clowning, Theresa Kuhn began training at Circomedia (Bristol, England) at the age of 16, where she studied physical theatre and Slackroping.
She continued her training at the CNAC (Châlons-en-Champagne), where she gratuated in 2021.
With ØBLíK, she created a show for public spaces, combining balance, ephemeral architecture, and poetry.
She is also collaborating with Maroussia Diaz Verbèke / Le Troisième Cirque on other project , like Circus Remake (created in 2024) and sometimes she is participating in projects such as For as long as we are here… (Squareheadproductions).
